Rescue is an unincorporated community in El Dorado County, California. It is located north-northwest of Shingle Springs and north-northeast of Cameron Park. Housing costs in Rescue are among some of the highest in the nation, although real estate prices here don't compare to real estate prices in the most expensive communities in California.
