Benefiting military and first responders. I am able to give  back to the community by offering a cash rebate or credit on a home sale or  purchase to those who qualify.

We believe our veterans and first responders should be celebrated. These  programs enable active or retired military, fire fighters, EMT, and law enforcement to purchase or sell a home and get a rebate at close. Our  rebate program is based on the purchase price, so in some cases, it is richer  than other rebate programs.
